Want to Help Keep Families Together?

We’re a passionate, diverse, and curious team that truly cares about our work, each other, and our community. We love to ask tough questions and think creatively! We also really value our time outside of work and the balance it brings to our lives. Some of our favorite hobbies include beekeeping, hockey, pageants, hiking, piñata making, and so many other fun activities that often include our dogs!

The Team

We’re truly proud of the work we do! We partner with families to find solutions and overcome challenges together. Our flexibility and persistence help us learn and grow from our experiences. The best part? Our successes are incredible—kids get to stay at home and reunite with their families! It’s so heartwarming to see parents who once felt unsure realize they can make it happen. We truly value hearing that our programs have made such a positive difference in their lives!

The Work

The Oregon Outreach Clinic

Our clinical team is a dynamic, compassionate group dedicated to supporting families in every way we can. If a parent struggles with transportation, our clinicians are happy to come to them! If housing worries are causing stress, we’ll help them explore options and fill out applications together. If someone hasn’t eaten all day, we can bring food or take them out for a meal. We believe in a whole-person approach, recognizing that it’s tough to focus on parenting techniques or mental health skills when you’re hungry or facing eviction. Our clinicians understand that chaos and stress are part of life, and they’re committed to helping families build new skills, even in tough times. the power of research, you create programs with measured results, calculable costs, replicable success

The Research

Our research team is involved in so many exciting paths! They design research studies, conduct interviews, and analyze all the gathered data. With curiosity and collaboration, they come up with questions that can take years to explore, then turn that information into easy-to-understand results. These findings are shared with policymakers and clinics looking to invest in new programs that will truly benefit families.
