Just Care offers wraparound community-based support for families who need help in one, two, three, or all six of these areas: parenting, substance use, mental health, navigating systems, building community, and basic needs.
Who is Just Care For?
Just Care is for parents looking for extra support and want to build calmer and healthier lives for themselves and their children.
Parents must have a child 18 years old or younger.*
The child does not need to live in the home.
Parents must have or be eligible for OHP.
*Pregnant or expecting parents are also eligible.
What Does Just Care Offer?

24/7 Access to Care
Parents can call or text to request support 24 hours a day. Many sessions happen in the evenings and on weekends.

Parenting Time Supervision
Just Care Coaches can supervise DHS-approved parenting time in the community or at a parent’s home.

In-Home Services
Just Care Coaches can meet with families in their homes or at a shelter. Sessions can include working together to address safety barriers in the living environment.

Evidence-Based Treatment
Evidence-based practices for parenting, mental health and substance use are used depending on families' specific needs.

Transportation Assistance
Coaches can help transport and provide support for parents at stressful appointments.
