The Oregon Outreach Clinic opened its doors in September 2023. It offers individual and family services, including Just Care, to residents of Lane and Douglas Counties. The goal of the Oregon Outreach Clinic is to assist in supporting and maintaining happy and healthy families.
The clinic is a nonprofit organization licensed for the treatment of mental health and substance use.
Currently, clients covered by the Oregon Health Plan are eligible to receive services at the clinic.
